Today, the Malawi Law Commission had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the Lesotho Law Reform Commission (LLRC). The visit followed the recent ALRAESA Conference, where both commissions had the opportunity to interact on law reform issues.
The primary goal of the visit was to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore structural processes that guide the work of law reform bodies in both countries. Discussions focused on the operations, challenges, and innovations implemented by each commission to ensure effective law reform and public service delivery.
This engagement underscores the importance of regional collaboration in enhancing legal systems and fostering mutual learning among African law reform agencies.
